Phase 01
프로젝트의 비전과 요구사항 정의
Through initial consulting, we conduct an in-depth analysis of the client's vision, budget, timeline, and functional requirements. We explore the space's potential and legal and environmental constraints to establish a clear direction for the project.
초기 컨설팅을 통해 클라이언트의 비전과 예산, 일정, 기능적 요구사항을 심도 있게 분석합니다. 공간의 잠재력과 법적·환경적 제약 사항을 함께 검토하여, 프로젝트의 명확한 방향성을 정립합니다.
Phase 02
아이디어를 시각적이고 기술적인 디자인으로 구체화
Based on initial sketches and concepts, we proceed with floor plans, 3D modeling, and material selection. At this stage, the aesthetic, functional, and structural details of the architectural design are finalized, incorporating client feedback to complete the design.
초기 스케치와 콘셉트를 바탕으로 평면 계획, 3D 모델링, 마감재 선정을 진행합니다. 이 단계에서 건축 디자인의 미적·기능적·구조적 디테일이 구체화되며, 클라이언트의 피드백을 반영하여 디자인을 최종 확정합니다.
Phase 03
시공을 위한 상세 설계 도면화
We prepare all construction drawings, detailed specifications, and technical documentation. We integrate engineering reviews across disciplines including structural, mechanical, and electrical, and proceed with all necessary permitting procedures in compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
시공에 필요한 모든 도면과 상세 시방서, 기술 문서를 작성합니다. 구조·기계·전기 등 분야별 엔지니어링 검토를 통합하고, 관련 건축 법규에 따라 필요한 모든 인허가 절차를 진행합니다.
Phase 04
감리 (시공 및 준공 지원)
We supervise the selected construction team to ensure the design intent is accurately implemented on-site. We provide regular site supervision and technical support, assisting throughout the entire process until the project is successfully completed and receives final approval.
선정된 시공팀을 감리하여 디자인 의도가 현장에서 정확히 구현되도록 합니다. 정기적인 현장 감리와 기술 지원을 제공하며, 프로젝트가 성공적으로 완공되어 최종 승인을 받기까지 전 과정을 함께합니다.
