Located at 55 Yeouido-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, this is a mixed-use redevelopment project on the site of the Indonesian Embassy with a land area of 7,934㎡, a gross floor area of 100,300㎡, 45 floors above ground and 5 floors below ground. It will include 123 high-end residential units in three buildings, a new Indonesian embassy, and street-level commercial facilities on the lower floors.
